Mode of Selection:

If variety of applications are more, then selection committee will repair a criteria to shortlist the candidates. Only shortlisted prospects will be called for the interview. Selection will be done on the basis of online interview through either Skype/Google Meet/Zoom or any other appropriate software application, as chosen by the competent authority.

Applications received after the due date will be rejected. The short-listed prospects will be informed through e-mail/website.

The interview date will be communicated to the shortlisted prospects through email.

Terms and Conditions:

The engagement will be on simply momentary and contractual basis for the duration pointed out in the ad. It is solely for the above mentioned research study work and the tenure will be co-terminus with the job period or till the completion of period whichever is earlier. The engagement under this project does not give any right/claim whatsoever either explicitly or implicitly on the appointee for regular visits in CSIR-NIO/CSIR, versus any post or otherwise under any legal conditions precedent. It would therefore, not provide any right/claim, implicit or explicit, on the part of the prospects for regularization/absorption against any post in CSIR/NIO or under any other plan of CSIR.

HRA will be paid based on the guidelines.

Incase of prospects qualified with NET/GATE certification, they might be thought about for higher emoluments based on the DST policies of task staffs, subject to the approval of project funds and approval of proficient authority.

Performance of the task staff would be reviewed periodically so that any one not found up to the mark, might be terminated with one month's notification or one month's stipend in lieu thereof.

The date for figuring out the upper age limit, credentials and/or experience shall be the closing date recommended for submission of applications.

The duration of experience in a discipline/area of work, anywhere prescribed, need to remain in pertinent area of work/field indicated versus such position which will be counted after the date of obtaining the minimum essential academic credentials prescribed for that position.

The students in the final term and results waited for prospects are not eligible to use and their applications will not be considered.

Stipend may be revised depending on the financing company standards issued time to time.

Candidates should keep in mind that non-fulfillment of the eligibility criterion will result in cancellation of candidature at any phase.

Incomplete applications without proper format and without eligibility supporting files will not be considered.
